I DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO TRAVEL WITH - DO YOU CATER FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS?
Many of our guests are solo travellers whose needs are catered for and prioritised.
The benefits for our solo travellers are:
- You’ll have the option to enjoy your own room (The lowest possible solo supplement applies)
- If you elect to have Wings Luxe match you with a travelling companion, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, however Wings Luxe can takes no responsibility for any mismatch of passengers and will not be liable for any additional charges incurred for changing room configuration whilst on tour.
- Your luggage will be taken care of at each accommodation
- All inclusive journeys: All dining, touring, gratuities and accommodation
WHAT IS INCLUDED ON A WINGS LUXE JOURNEY?
All Wings Luxe journeys include:
- Boutique and luxury hotel accommodation
- All meals as specified in the itinerary
- All touring and sightseeing with hand-selected local guides
- Accompanied by a highly experienced Journey Director throughout
- Transfers on the start day and end day of each journey
- Transport throughout a journey
- All gratuities and porterage
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED ON A WINGS LUXE JOURNEY?
All Wings Luxe journeys exclude:
- Compulsory travel insurance. For your protection, you are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes (without limitation) coverage for the full cost of your holiday package, medical expenses, loss of luggage, land content and airfare charges that may occur due to cancellation, impossibility of performance or other frustration, disruption, loss of deposit or strikes.
- Personal items including purchase, incidentals, laundry and telephone calls
- Excess baggage
- Flights
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (unless otherwise specified)
WHO ARE WINGS LUXE JOURNEYS SUITABLE FOR?
Wings Luxe Travel ‘Signature Journeys’ cater specifically for women over 50, and their daughters.
CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
Yes, if you would like to arrive early or stay longer in a destination you are most welcome to do so.
HOW DO I BOOK A JOURNEY?
Bookings can be made by calling Wings Luxe Head Office on +61 413 606 395 or via our website online booking form. A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of your booking.
WHAT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
Deposits
A deposit is due at the time of booking.
Journey Price: Less than $5,000 per person, requires a $500 deposit per person
- Journey Price: Greater than $5,001 to $10,000 per person, requires a $1,000 deposit per person
- Journey Price: Is $10,001 to $20,000 per person, requires a $2,500 deposit per person
- Journey Price: Greater than $20,001 per person, requires a $5,000 deposit per person
If you book within 2 months of your journey commencing, full tour payment is required.

All Wings Luxe Travel, journeys are priced in Australian Dollars (AUD)
CAN SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS BE CATERED FOR?
Please inform Wings Luxe upon booking and on your booking form of any dietary requirements that you may have. We will attempt to accommodate all special dietary requests however depending on the destination this may not always be possible.
WHAT TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION DO YOU USE?
Our experienced Journey Planners hand-select residences of the highest standard in ideal locations. In places where this is not possible, the accommodation has been chosen to ensure you receive the highest standard of service and comfort available in that destination.
