Journey Starting Point: Each itinerary officially commences at the primary destination  listed in your specific journey brochure.

Arrival Transfers: We prioritise your comfort from the moment you land. Most curated packages include private airport transfers to meet you upon arrival at your destination, only available on the start date and final date of the Wings Luxe Travel journey and not transferrable to an alternative date.

While our journeys are designed to be as comprehensive as possible, there are a few personal elements that fall outside the all-inclusive land journey package.

Exclusions & Personal Expenses

Compulsory Travel Insurance

 For your protection, all guests are required to hold comprehensive travel insurance. This must cover the full cost of your holiday package, including medical expenses, luggage loss, and potential disruptions or cancellations.

International & Domestic Flights

Airfare to and from the journey’s starting and ending points is not included, allowing you the flexibility to manage your own flight preferences and loyalty points.

Personal Incidentals

Expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry services, telephone calls, and souvenir purchases, are not covered.

Beverages

While select meals may include select drink pairings, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are generally excluded unless specifically noted in your itinerary.

Excess Baggage

Any fees incurred for exceeding airline or transport weight limits are the responsibility of the traveler.

Yes, you are more than welcome to arrive early or extend your time in a destination. While our curated Wings Luxe Travel journeys have fixed start and end dates, we understand that many travellers prefer to arrive a few days early to adjust to a new time zone or stay longer to explore independently.

Important Details for Your Extended Stay

Independent Arrangements

Any travel, accommodation, or activities scheduled outside of the official journey dates are the responsibility of the traveller to book and manage independently.

Meeting the Group: Your Wings Luxe experience officially commences at the primary location and accommodation noted in your journey brochure at the specified time.

If you arrive early, you will simply meet your Journey Director and fellow travellers at the designated starting point on Day 1.

Arrival Transfers

Please note that private airport transfers included in our journeys are scheduled for the official start and end dates of the journey.

Flexibility
